RETURN POLICY

 

** RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS!!

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:


1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 
 

2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, formal dresses, swimwear, bodysuits and accessories.

 

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

 

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Beyond Love Boutique.

 

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

 

6. BeyondLoveBoutique.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a refund or exchange.

Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip please enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or receive credit. If it's not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of an online boutique credit.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Upon receipt of your package, your return for a credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

 

WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES WE NEED TO RETURN THINGS, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MAKE THE PROCESS AS FAIR AND PAINLESS AS POSSIBLE!

  • Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

 

If you want to make changes to your order, please contact Customer Care at customercare@beyondloveboutique.com. If you order has already been shipped, you may return your order under most circumstances. We will do our best to accommodate you.

 

  • Will the return of payment go back on credit card?

 

As long as the item is NEW, unworn and/or deemed to have a manufacture defect, most all returns received with in 14 days of delivery will be credited to your original form of payments.

  • How do I track an order?

 

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information and tracking number.

 

Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

 

  • What do I do if item is out of stock?

 

Good news! We get new items daily, and often restock our most popular items. If you want to order an item that is out of stock you can send us an email request and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email.

 

  • Do you have a size guide?

 

Most of our items are true to size however we find that they do run a bit small. If you normally vary between and small and medium; we suggest you select medium.

US Priority 2 Day shipping rates are $10.00 for any purchases up to $150 and purchases that are $151 and over are FREE. USPS Overnight shipping rates are $35.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

  • Are duties included in shipping fees?

 

If you are buying a product from a country outside of the US, duties are included in the price of the item. If the total of your shipment is over $800, you may be subject to relevant import duties charged by your carrier.
